1. Engagement Protocol

By accessing B5K DIGITAL (the "System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are unauthorized to access this System.

2. Intellectual Property

The System and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to "EchoStack AI", "Velocity Rocket", and code architectures) are and will remain the exclusive property of B5K DIGITAL and Chad Woolard. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of B5K DIGITAL.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall B5K DIGITAL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the System; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the System.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our System immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
